Purchased in January 2016, Bloom engaged Lucy Bowen Design for their own development. The brief was the ultimate five bedroom family home. The palette was deliberately neutral and livable, with hard wearing super white dolomite marble, engineered oak flooring and stone bathroom tiles to suit a young and growing family. Importantly luxury was not lost with exceptional Melbourne hand made lighting by Laal, Articolo and Anna Charlesworth throughout and polished plaster finish to feature walls. One of the favourite elements was the six metre long concrete hearth and a custom wood burning fireplace that was the centrepiece of the living room. The development successfully sold in 2018.
